It’s been waaayyy too long, I know. But I’m back today in an extra loud tropical print to remind you all that I’m still here! (Despite my little blogging hiatus, I’m still pretty active on Instagram… just in case you miss me.) Anyways, back to business. My mom got me this bold botanical number since she knows I’m a big fan of split leaf philodendron (and all things tropical, really). I was pretty surprised to find out that it’s not actually a dress, but a chemise – found in the Bloomingdales lingerie department. Oops! But since it’s super lightweight and silky, it felt appropriate enough to wear out in the real world on a hot summer evening. Cinched with a waist belt and topped with a perfectly distressed denim jacket, this little slip transformed itself into a breezy little outfit.
