Omg, what happened?! It’s March and I can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve posted anything. In my defense, the past few months have been beyond busy at work and I’ve barely had a moment to catch up on blogging. But, I’m finally emerging from a winter style rut and hoping to post a lot more now that spring is on the horizon. I don’t have a ton of exciting news to report, except for our wedding being featured on Style Me Pretty back in January! If anyone needs help with wedding planning (specifically the design aspects), I am happy to help!

Anyways, think of this post as me easing back into blogging… and in flares, nonetheless. Let me just say: I’m so happy that flared denim is back (adios, skinny jeans!). It reminds me of my glory days (middle school) when bellbottoms were HUGE, in every sense of the word. I’m wearing these with my favorite blazer — which is cut much longer and has a slightly oversized, slouchy feel to it (i.e. a “boyfriend blazer”). I definitely prefer this style, instead of a more structured blazer that ends at the hip. It also helps balance the lengthy and fuller silhouette of the jeans. Shop them (on sale) below!
