As much as I love creating style posts, I thought I’d switch things up a bit today. My apartment (much like my wardrobe) is always evolving – and I spend a lot of time “styling” my living space, too. So when my friend showed me this crafty little project for glittered pumpkins, my immediate response was: I need to do this now. It’s an easy way to add a festive, seasonal touch to your interior.
I ended up going a liiittle overboard this weekend, churning out tons of sparkly mini pumpkins in a random assortment of colors. I arranged the fleet on top of a bookshelf in my living room, placing some of the smaller pumpkins on overturned drinking glasses to create height variation.
Check out the directions here and get to it (I ordered this 24-pack of glitter and used Elmer’s glue). Just be cautious while sprinkling – I accidentally glitter-ized my apartment, dog and boyfriend in the process. (They love it.)
