Life has a way of getting super, super crazy all at once. I constantly complain about being too busy (even though I know everyone else is in the same boat), but most of the time I’m able to prioritize and actually work more efficiently. Not the case right now. I’ll be starting a new job at the beginning of May (more details soon!) and I’m trying to plan ahead so I can continue posting while I make the transition. Please bear with me.

If you’ve also been feeling a little stressed and frazzled, you should take an evening off. Buy yourself some fresh flowers, put on a dress and pumps. Try a new restaurant (and don’t talk about work or check your email while dining). Maybe even this weekend?

Outfit details:

Dress: Forever 21 Cut out sheath dress // Blazer: J.Crew (newer style here) // Pumps: Steve Madden // Bag: Loeffler Randall citrus print lock clutch // Sunglasses: Ray-Ban classic wayfarers // Jewelry: EF Collection pavé zigzag ring, Alex Mika stacked X ring, J.Crew bracelet
