Even though it’s hard to break out of my weekend mindset every time Monday rolls around, this post happens to be totally work-appropriate. This is the kind of spring outfit that works great for a meeting at the office, or a job interview (…maybe only in a creative field, however – haha).

I’ll take any opportunity to incorporate color and floral print into an otherwise conservative look – and I think these pants make a pretty bright and bold statement. I like the contrast of a darker top (in this case, featuring a matchy-matchy floral pattern) layered under a simple blazer. A bright bag, neutral metallic heels and a sparkly necklace add extra character to what I consider professional attire with an unconventional twist.

Outfit details:

Top: Banana Republic // Pants: Zara wool trousers //Blazer: Zara (similar here) //  Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell Darling pumps// Bag: Saint Laurent Cabas mini (pre-owned via Fashionphile) // Sunglasses: Warby Parker Everett sunglasses // Jewelry: EF Collection pavé zigzag ring, Alex Mika stacked X ring, J.Crew crystal necklace (similar here)

Hello! I am a fellow phrogtoapher traveling to Disney in 2 short weeks with my family of 5. I’ve never had professional photos taken of my family and think it’s time! But, with the expensive vacation coming up I’m not sure we’re ready to spring for photos at Disney, although I absolutely love the idea of getting some while we’re there. I’m curious if you offer any sort of mini session for just a few pics or if you’d consider selling unedited RAW files, since I have Photoshop and would be able to edit them myself to save time. I know this is not typical, but figure it’s worth asking. I’m not interested in prints, only digital files since I can get prints made at my own photography lab and I like having digital files for my family archives. So, I’m just wondering what options I’d have if we wanted to pursue pics. Thanks!
