I was fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday this past weekend with some pretty amazing spring weather (finally!). It was so nice to see everyone walking around Boston in a collectively great mood after a long and brutal winter. On this sunny Saturday, Kevin and I went shopping for wedding bands in the Jewelers Building and then stopped for coffee and a quick bite at Thinking Cup – one of our favorite spots. It was a perfect day for a springy outfit in shades of light blue and white. I found these jeans in the juniors clearance section at Nordstrom Rack and really liked the soft blue wash (and rips, of course) – so I decided to keep the whole outfit monochrome with an airy silk top (in light blue), pastel pumps and a slouchy white blazer to top it off.
I can’t wait to start posting more spring outfits – it’s so refreshing to finally break out a lighter color palette! And I’m now able to stand outside for photos without losing feeling in my fingers and toes (always a good thing).
